Q: Is my donation tax-deductible?
A: Yes, the Peco Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. All donations are tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law.
Q: Will I receive a donation receipt for tax purposes?
A: We send out email confirmations following the successful completion of a donation. This can be used as a donation receipt for your official records. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any additional information.
Q: How can I make changes to my monthly gift? (i.e. change amount, change my credit card number)
A: Please email email@example.com. If we receive your change prior to your processing deadline we can make the change effective prior to your next payment.
Q: Can I stop my monthly gift whenever I want?
A: Absolutely! If you have a monthly gift through PayPal, you can cancel your gift by logging into your PayPal account. If you gave by credit card, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist.
Q: When will my credit card first be charged for a monthly gift?
A: Monthly charges occur once per month. Your first online gift will be charged to your card on the date that your transaction is made. All subsequent charges will occur every 30 days.
